Kaptas monitors the performance and resource use of its operations to support high-quality and efficient production.
We continuously work to improve our processes and systems. Our goal is to enhance both our own operations and support the efficiency of our customers’ production. This is achieved, for example, by utilizing smart automation solutions.
In our machine design, we optimize material usage and aim for structural efficiency. We use digital tools, including AI-based design, to reduce unnecessary material consumption during the design phase.
Our machines are built with durable, high-performance components such as aluminium, which ensure long service life and easy maintenance.
We also work with our customers to extend the life cycle of equipment by modifying and upgrading existing machines instead of building entirely new systems.

Kaptas invests in the working conditions and well-being of its employees.
Safe working conditions are ensured through clear safety practices in accordance with our quality system. Well-being is supported by comprehensive occupational health services, flexible working hours, and the possibility to work remotely when needed.
We monitor employee well-being through regular internal audits and annual employee surveys.
Kaptas also expects its subcontractors and partners to follow ethical practices in how employees are treated.

Kaptas operates in a transparent and responsible manner.
The ethics and quality of operations are monitored through both internal and external audits, including regular assessments by independent auditors and Bureau Veritas.
As part of the Addtech Group, Kaptas also undergoes internal audits to ensure consistent operational standards.
We require our subcontractors and partners to operate according to high standards of business ethics and reliability throughout the supply chain.

At Kaptas, we focus on continuous innovation to develop smarter and more efficient automation solutions.
Our staff participates in research and development alongside their daily work to create future-oriented technologies.
We aim to optimize material usage in our machines without compromising performance. For example, 3D printing allows us to manufacture machine parts with reduced material requirements.
We are also exploring the use of AI in both machine design and production to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve the overall performance of our systems.

Kaptas’ quality management system is certified in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard. ISO 9001 is an international standard that defines the requirements for effective quality management systems.
In addition, Kaptas’ operational quality is regularly monitored by the Addtech Group. We ensure compliance with the group’s quality requirements through internal audits and continuous improvement of our operations.
