We deliver projects comprehensively on a turnkey basis. When a customer presents a problem, we handle everything from solution ideation, machine or production line design and construction, required documentation, testing, assembly at the customer’s site, staff training, to post-implementation maintenance and development work.
Kaptas is known among its customers for agile and fast deliveries. We are capable of executing projects on tight timelines and adjusting them according to the customer’s needs as the project progresses.
Deliveries can be purchased in parts. The customer doesn’t need to make the entire investment upfront, and machines or production lines can be expanded and developed according to the customer’s investment capabilities. For example, we can initially automate a certain part of the production and later expand automation to other phases.
While the projects we carry out are typically unique, the solutions we use are based on extensive experience in solving automation problems. Using tried-and-tested solutions in our projects brings cost savings to customers, as we can build customer-specific solutions based on already functional solutions, without reinventing the wheel.
We extensively use components and solutions from industry leaders in our machines and production lines. This ensures that our customers always have experts and spare parts available for the development and maintenance of their machines and production lines. For robotics and programming, we rely on robots, equipment, components, and applications from ABB, Fanuc, KUKA, and Yaskawa. We also work with all common programming languages in our field.
We are committed to developing our customers’ machines and production lines even after they are completed. In line with sustainable development principles, we help optimize the performance of old machines and modernize them to meet the customer’s current needs and requirements. Therefore, it’s not always necessary to buy new machines or production lines; we can extend the life of old machines by increasing their level of automation and improving their efficiency.
We also take care of the maintenance and spare parts for machines and production lines. A maintenance contract ensures that our technicians can service machines quickly. We also offer international customers the option of a service contract, where we handle scheduled maintenance, and Kaptas’ international subcontractors respond to urgent service needs.
