Until now, Kaptas has offered 3D printing services that enable the production of customized machine parts in line with sustainable practices.
Our FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) method has provided a cost-effective way to produce small prototypes for our automation projects.
In the fall of 2024, we are expanding our range of services with a new LCD-based resin printer.
In LCD resin printing, UV light is utilized to cure the resin layer by layer.
Our new resin printer enables highly precise results – with an accuracy of up to 20×26 microns – and is particularly suited for applications that require a high level of detail.
Our resin printer can use materials such as hard resins, ideal for mechanically durable parts; flexible resins, suited for soft and impact-resistant components; and biodegradable resins, ideal for environmentally friendly applications.
With our new resin printing service, we can produce prototypes requiring exceptional precision, such as those used in medical devices.
