Collaboration between Kaptas and Eino Korhonen Oy
The lighting market is undergoing a transformation due to LED technology, which requires Eino Korhonen Oy, as a subcontractor in the lighting industry, to lower production costs and increase capacity, for example, in the production of power supply devices for new technology.
Kaptas supplied the company with a welding inspection automation system and automated production lines for manufacturing phase selection discs and locking cams.
These systems enabled significant automation of production, and today the company can manufacture up to 20,000 adapters per day in two shifts, compared to the previous three shifts required to produce the same amount.
